First Visit

Our goal is to provide personal quality care in a comfortable atmosphere, with individualized programs designed for each patient. On your first visit, your physical therapist will perform an evaluation/examination to identify what deficits and/or  problems you have that can be addressed in physical therapy. The evaluation/examination involves a thorough history, a systems review, and tests and measures that allow the physical therapist to get a more specific understanding of your condition. Your physical therapist will make a clinical judgment as to your diagnosis and prognosis. The therapist then develops a comprehensive program designed to meet your individual needs.
